If you miss a product in our assortment or have an exciting idea for a new product you'd like us to launch, we are happy to include our customers in product development. TERMS OF USE
These general terms of use apply to orders placed on www.relode.se (hereinafter referred to as the "website"), operated by RELODE AB, VAT SE559003314701 (hereinafter RELODE / we / our / us). Since these terms may be updated and changed, we ask you to read through the terms before every new order.

All content on the website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, and videos, is owned by RELODE or our suppliers, and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed, or otherwise referenced on the website are owned by their respective brands. The website and its content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as implying, improperly or unlawfully, a license or right to use material appearing on the website, except as permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party owning the rights to the material shown on the website. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. RELODE disclaims all warranties unless required by applicable law.
SHOPPING ON RELODE.SE
To shop on Relode.se, you must be 18 years old or have consent from a guardian or custodian.
When you place an order online, the purchase agreement is considered valid from the moment you receive a confirmation email from RELODE. Normally, the confirmation is sent immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours after the order is placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if something goes wrong and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@relode.se.
Payments can be made with the following payment methods:
PRICES
All prices listed on the website include Swedish VAT of 25%. Authorities in the destination country may charge fees, customs, and taxes depending on the country’s regulations. These fees are to be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for managing and paying such fees, and RELODE cannot inform the customer about these charges.
Our prices on the website are current, and we reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices at any time.
STOCK & PRODUCTS
Our stock levels are updated continuously, 24/7. After you place a product in your cart and proceed to checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes.
On the website, the colors in our images may vary due to screen settings, so we cannot guarantee that the colors on the website exactly match those in reality.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
If you return one or more items from the "buy 3, pay for 2" offer, the offer will be canceled, and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.
Discount codes and other promotions apply only to new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
If you return one or more items from a stepped discount offer (e.g., "shop for 1000 SEK and get 20% off"), the offer will be canceled, and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.
DELIVERY
If you place your order before 1:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day (for weekdays). Exceptions may occur during or after major campaigns and around holidays. The checkout will display the exact delivery methods and prices for your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correctly filled out at the time of order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs. Please note that RELODE does not compensate for lost packages due to incorrect delivery addresses.
Shipping
For orders over 800 SEK, shipping is free. For orders under 800 SEK, a shipping fee is added, which will be shown in the checkout. You will see the applicable shipping prices and methods for your order during checkout.
Unclaimed packages
For packages not picked up at the postal agent, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK/10 EUR.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to always be satisfied with your purchases from us. By law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we offer a 30-day return policy.
Extended return period: For orders placed between November 14th and December 15th, which can be returned until January 15th, 2025.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason. We therefore offer 30 days of open purchase, starting from the date you place your order.
When processing your return, a fee of 69 SEK for domestic returns and 7 EUR for international returns will be charged. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, the return fee is free. This is a great option if you wish to exchange a product for another model or color. Once your return has been processed, a gift card will be sent to your email, which you can use for your new order.
In cases where a return is denied and you wish to have the item returned, you must contact customer service immediately. If you wish to have the item returned, it will be sent back for a fee of 99 SEK/10 EUR to cover shipping and other administrative costs.
Swimwear return policy
Hygiene is a key factor when returning or exchanging swimwear. Therefore, we have adapted our return and exchange policy specifically for our swimwear collection.
Each bikini bottom and swimsuit comes with a sanitary plastic seal in the crotch. Products returned with broken seals cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. If a product is sealed, you may not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This means your right to cancel the purchase ends once you break the seal.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Act and contracts outside of business premises (SFS 2005:59), you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop from a company remotely.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you as a consumer receive the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should write to our customer service at hello@relode.se. You must then return the order within 14 days of receiving it. See konsumentverkets cancellation form HERE. This form must be attached when canceling your purchase.
Refunds
Our goal is to process your return within 5-7 business days. However, it may take an additional 2-4 bank days before the refund is completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when making your purchase. Exceptions include if you chose a different refund method in the returns portal, such as a gift card.
Incorrect item returned
Relode is not responsible for items that have been mistakenly returned to us. If the item is found in our return warehouse, you can request it to be returned. A fee of 199 SEK/20 EUR will be charged to cover the shipping and administrative fees for returning the item to you.
Size exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within Sweden. A fee applies for size exchanges outside of Sweden. You will see the fee in the returns portal when you register your return. Once we have received and processed your size exchange, the new order will be shipped to you automatically. You do not need to place a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock, even if you have registered a size exchange in our portal. If your size is out of stock when processing your exchange, a full refund will be issued.
CLAIMS
If you discover that the item is defective when you receive your order, you should immediately notify Relode's customer service.
Under consumer purchasing law, you as a consumer must report the defective item within a reasonable time from discovering the defect, which is within two months. If you want to initiate a claim, please send your order number and a photo of the defect to hello@relode.se.
Each claim is handled and assessed manually, so it may take 14-30 days before a decision is made. Relode covers the return shipping for an approved claim.
In cases where a claim is denied and you wish to have the item returned, you must contact customer service immediately. If you want the item returned, it will be sent back for a fee of 99 SEK/10 EUR to cover the shipping and other administrative costs.
SMS MARKETING
By consenting to Relode's SMS marketing at checkout and by making a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you consent to regularly receive text messages from Relode (regarding your order, including your personal data, marketing messages, promotions, and discounts) on the provided mobile phone number. The frequency of SMS marketing depends on your specific purchasing behavior.
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in any text message or by contacting customer service.

FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure occurs when unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent RELODE from fulfilling the obligations in these terms and conditions. These circumstances may include natural disasters, war, strikes, power outages, fires, or other similar events. If these circumstances are not of a short-term nature, both you and Relode have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
MISTAKES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Since mistakes can unfortunately occur due to human error, we reserve the right to make mistakes regarding product information and prices. If an error occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. This also applies to email dispatches, SMS dispatches, and our partners such as influencers.
DISPUTES
Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied. If, as a customer, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we always try to find a suitable solution for you. In cases where we cannot resolve a specific issue, we recommend you contact ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) for an impartial review of the matter.
