TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to orders made on www.relode.se (hereafter referred to as "the website") operated by RELODE AB, VAT SE559003314701 (hereafter referred to as RELODE / we / our / us). Since these terms may be updated and changed, we ask you to review them before placing each new order.

All content on the website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, and videos, is owned by RELODE or our suppliers, and all trademarks and/or business names mentioned, displayed, or otherwise referred to on the website are the property of their respective brands. The website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as implicitly, improperly, or unlawfully granting any license or right to use the materials displayed on the website, except to the extent allowed by law, without our written approval or the written approval of any third party who owns the rights to the materials displayed on the website. The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties. RELODE disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
SHOPPING AT RELODE.SE
To shop on Relode.se, you must be 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
When you place an order online, the purchase agreement is valid as soon as you receive a confirmation email from RELODE. Normally, the confirmation is sent immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours after placing the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if something goes wrong and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately HERE.
Payments can be made using the following payment methods:
PRICES
All prices listed on the website include Swedish VAT of 25%. Authorities in the recipient country may charge additional fees, customs duties, and taxes depending on local regulations. These fees must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for handling and paying such charges, and RELODE cannot inform the customer about these fees.
Our prices on the website are current, and we reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices at any time.
STOCK & PRODUCTS
Our stock is updated constantly, 24/7. After you add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout, your product will be reserved for 10 minutes.
Please note that the colors in our images may differ due to factors such as your screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website match the colors in reality.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
If you return one or more items from the “buy 3, pay for 2” offer, the offer will be canceled, and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.
Discount codes and other promotions apply only to new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
If you return one or more items from an offer with a discount tier (e.g., "spend 1000 SEK and get 20% off"), the offer will be canceled, and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day will be shipped the same day. This applies to orders shipped via PostNord and UPS. For orders to be shipped via Budbee or Instabox, the order must be placed before 11:00 for same-day shipping.
During large promotions or around public holidays, delivery times may be affected. At checkout, you will see the exact delivery methods and prices that apply to your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct when placing the order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. If the package is returned due to incorrect delivery details, the customer will be responsible for both shipping and return costs. Please note that RELODE will not reimburse lost packages due to incorrect delivery addresses.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over 800 SEK/80 EUR. For orders under 800 SEK/80 EUR, a shipping fee will be added, which will be displayed at checkout. You can see the applicable shipping methods and prices for your order in the checkout.
Uncollected Packages
For packages not picked up at the delivery point, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping and handling fee of 100 SEK/10EUR.
RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Our goal is to ensure that you are always satisfied with your purchases from us. By law, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Policy
As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of the reason. We offer 30 days of open purchase, starting from the date you placed your order. When we process your return, a fee of 69 SEK (within Sweden) or 7 EUR (outside Sweden) will be charged.
If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, the return fee will be free of charge. This is a great option if you wish to exchange the product for a different model or color. Once your return is processed, we will send a gift card to your email. You can use this gift card for your new order.
In the event of a return being refused and you wish to get the product back, please contact our customer service. If you want the product returned, it will be sent back to you for a fee of 100 SEK/10EUR to cover the shipping and administrative costs.
Conditions for Returns
To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original condition*, and it must be returned in its original packaging or similar.
*Original condition means:
If the product does not meet the conditions for return, 30% of the product price will be refunded. No refund will be issued if the product is not returned in the clothing bag, packaging, or without labels.
Swimwear Returns
Hygiene is crucial for the return or exchange of swimwear. Therefore, we have tailored our return policy specifically for our swimwear collection.
Each bikini bottom and swimsuit is sealed with a sanitary plastic tag. Products returned with broken seals cannot be accepted due to health or hygiene reasons. If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This means your right to cancel the purchase ceases if the seal is broken.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59), as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase when shopping from a business online. The withdrawal period starts from the day you, as a consumer, receive the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service HERE. You must then return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. Please refer to the consumer agency’s withdrawal form HERE. This form should be attached when canceling the purchase.
If you have been charged for shipping costs and choose to return the entire order within the withdrawal period, you will be refunded Relode’s standard shipping costs.
If you choose to keep part of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. When using your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Our goal is to process your return within 5-7 business days. However, it may take an additional 2-4 bank days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Exceptions may apply if you have selected another refund method in the returns portal, such as a gift card.
Incorrect Item in Return
Relode is not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If the item is found in our return warehouse, you can request it back. To have the item sent back to you, a fee of 200 SEK/20EUR will be charged to cover the shipping and administrative costs.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within Sweden. For exchanges outside Sweden, a fee will apply. You will see the fee in the returns portal when you register your return. As soon as we receive and process your size exchange, your new order will be shipped to you automatically. You do not need to place a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your size will be in stock, even if you have registered the exchange in our portal. If your new size is out of stock when we process your exchange, a full refund will be issued.
CLAIMS
If you discover that the item is defective upon receiving your order, you must immediately notify Relode's customer service.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must report the defective item within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered, which is within two months. If you wish to initiate a claim, we ask you to submit your details HERE.
Each claim is processed and assessed manually, which is why it may take 14-30 days before a decision is made. Relode covers the return shipping cost for an approved claim.
In cases where a claim is denied and you wish to have the item returned, you need to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you wish to have the item sent back, it will be returned at a fee of 100 SEK/10EUR to cover shipping and other administrative costs incurred.
SMS MARKETING
By agreeing to Relode's SMS marketing at checkout and by making a purchase or subscribing through our subscription tools, you consent to regularly receiving text messages from Relode (regarding your order, including reminders about abandoned checkouts, text-based marketing offers, and transactional messages, including requests for reviews from us), even if your mobile number is registered on a "do-not-call" list. Consent is not a condition for purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing text messages, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. We do not charge for this service, but you are responsible for any text messaging fees imposed by your provider. Message and data rates may apply.
We have the right to change the sender (e.g., phone number or email) we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified of such occasions. You acknowledge that any messages you send to a sender we have changed, including any STOP requests, may not be received, and we are not responsible for fulfilling requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.

FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure occurs when unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent RELODE from fulfilling obligations under these general terms and conditions. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, strikes, power outages, fire, or other similar events. If these circumstances are not temporary, both you and Relode have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
MISTAKES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Since mistakes can unfortunately occur due to human error, we reserve the right to make errors regarding product information and pricing. If an error occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. This also applies to email communications, SMS messages, and collaborations with our partners, such as influencers.
DISPUTES
Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied. If you, as a customer, are not happy with your purchase, we always try to find a suitable solution for you. In cases where we cannot resolve a specific issue, we recommend that you contact ARN (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an impartial review of the matter.
