Please note that the product must be in its original condition. Original condition means that the product:
• Has all tags attached
• Is returned in the garment bag
• Has not been washed
• Does not smell of perfume, smoke, or similar scents
• Is not dirty or stained by makeup or deodorant
• Has no pet hair on it, as this can cause allergies
If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, only 30% of the product’s price will be refunded. If the product is not returned in the garment bag, packaging or is missing tags, no refund will be issued.
Yes, we offer free size changes within Sweden.
Outside Sweden, a fee is added for size changes. You will see the fee in the return portal.
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different model and/or color, we recommend selecting a refund to a gift card when registering your return. This way, you won’t be charged a return fee. You can then use the gift card on your new order.
Please note that the gift card will be issued only after the return has been received and processed.
When we process your return, a return fee of 69 SEK is charged within Sweden and 7 EUR for all countries outside of Sweden. If you choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card, the return fee is free.
If you return one or more items from the 'Buy 3, Pay for 2' deal, the deal will no longer apply, and you will be charged the regular price for the item(s) you keep.
Do you want to advertise/complain about a product?
If you need to make a claim or complain about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible. Contact us at hello@relode.se and include the following information:
Keep in mind that a complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the damage is discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be a production fault and no damage from wear and tear. A hole in the middle of a garment, for example, is not a production defect but a wear and tear damage. If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be carried out, a refund will be made instead. We always try to come up with creative solutions to make sure our customers are as satisfied as possible.
