Exchanges & Returns

Do you want to do a size exchange? 
We offer free size exchanges. Once we have received and processed your size exchange, your new order will be shipped automatically. You should not place a new order. Exchanges for a different model or color are not offered.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your desired size is in stock, even if you have registered your size change in our portal. If the size is unavailable when we process your exchange, a full refund will be issued.

After registering your size exchange in the portal, you will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

Replacement product will be sent out within 2 working days after the return has been approved.

Do you want to return items from your order?

As a customer, you always have the right to return items. Relode offers 30 days open purchase, counted from the date you place your order. The product must be in its original condition *, unused and have any labels left.

Returns within Sweden are charged a fee of 69 SEK, and returns outside Sweden are charged 7 EUR.

* Original condition is considered as:
- All labels are still attached.
- The product is returned in its original packaging or garment bag.
- The product has not been washed.
- The product does not have a strong odor, such as perfume or smoke.
- The product is free from stains, for example from makeup or deodorant.
- The product is free of animal hair, as this may cause allergies.

If any of these conditions are not met, only 30% of the product price will be refunded. If the packaging or labels are missing, no refund will be issued.
If a return is denied and you wish to have the item sent back, a fee of 99 SEK/10EUR will apply.

Products sold as multi-packs (for example 3-pack or 5-pack) are considered a single item. When making a return, the entire multi-pack must be returned. Incomplete multi-packs will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you choose to send back a package at your own expense, for example with your own purchased stamps instead of using our shipping note, you as a customer are responsible for the package until it has arrived at our warehouse.

Refunds

Our goal is to process your return within 10 business days. However, it may take an additional 2–4 banking days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when making your purchase, unless you have chosen a different refund method in the return portal, such as a gift card.


Delivery time

If you place your order before 13:00 on a business day, it will be shipped the same day when using PostNord or UPS. Orders sent with Budbee or Instabox must be placed before 11:00 to be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, though exceptions may occur during major sales or holiday periods.

Shipping cost

Orders over 800 SEK/80 EUR qualify for free shipping. For orders under 800 SEK/80 EUR, a shipping fee will be added, which is displayed at checkout.

Uncollected package from your postal agent

If a package is not collected from the postal agent, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee and handling fee of 100 SEK/10 EUR per package.

Do you want to complain about your product / products?

If you discover that a product is defective when you receive your order, you should contact Relode customer service immediately. According to Swedish consumer law, complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the moment the defect is discovered, which is within two months. The defect must be an original manufacturing defect and not a result of wear or misuse. For example, a hole in the middle of a garment caused by regular use is not considered a production defect.
