Yes, we offer free size changes within Sweden.

Outside Sweden, a fee is added for size changes. You will see the fee in the returns portal.

- If you return one or more items from the "buy 3 pay for 2" offer, the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.

- If you send back one of three items, you will not receive a refund.

- If you send back two items, you will be refunded for one of them.

- If you return all items, you will be refunded for the two products you have paid for.

If a product is defective when you receive it or if your product has broken after use due to a production error, please contact us at Hello@relode.se. Briefly describe your case and upload a photo of the defect and send it to our customer service. Our customer service will then get back to you shortly and help you in the best possible way.

As soon as we approve your complaint, a credit will be made on your order. It usually takes 2-4 banking days before the money appears in your account/invoice.

You are welcome to start by sending a photo of the product to hello@relode.se . It sounds like it is excess paint that has been squeezed out, which is easy to happen when the product is transported and stored for a long time. According to our product developer, this is something that disappears immediately when washing or when ironing at a low temperature.
