Free size change
Relode offers free size change if you are not happy with the size you ordered (eg if you want to change from S to M). Keep in mind that Relode does not offer free returns when you buy the same garment in several different sizes that you test at home and send back. 

Do you want to change the size?
Size changes are registered in our portal here: HERE

Once the case has been registered in our portal, our customer service will, within one working day, send out a QR code to the specified mobile number. The QR code must then be scanned into a postal Nordic representative who prints a consignment note and puts it on the package. 

As soon as we have received and handled your size change, your new order will be sent automatically. Please note that there is no guarantee that your desired size remains in stock even if you have registered the size change in our portal. In cases where the product is not in stock, the case will instead be handled as a return. You will then not have to pay any return fee. 

Replacement products will be shipped within 1-2 working days after approved size change.

Our goal is for you to always be happy with your order. You always have, for whatever reason, the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days after receipt of your order. 

When registering your return, you can choose to receive a refund via gift card or through the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, you will not have to pay the return fee of SEK 69.

When the package arrives at our warehouse, the products will be checked that they are in original condition * and that the package is sent back in original packaging or equivalent. As soon as we have processed your return, you will be refunded for the products. We will refund the shipping fee if all goods are returned.

* Original condition is considered to be that the product:

  • Has all labels left
  • To be sent back in the clothes bag 
  • Has not been washed
  • Do not smell, for example, perfume or smoke
  • Must not be dirty or have stains from makeup and deodorant
  • Do not wear animal hair as it may cause allergies

If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 30% of the product price will be refunded. If the product is not returned to the clothing bag or lacks labels, no refund will be made. 

If you choose to send the package back at your own expense with, for example, self-purchased stamps, instead of using our shipping note, you as a customer are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse. The package must then be sent to:

Return cost

Returns in Sweden cost 69 SEK.

Returns outside Sweden cost 8 euros.

 What if you want to return one or more products from the offer "buy 3 for 2"?

When you return one or more items from the offer "buy 3 pay for 2", the offer will end and you pay the regular price for the products you keep. If you return one of three items, you will not be refunded. If you return two of three items, you will receive money for one of them. If you return all products, you will be refunded for the two products you paid for. 

Do you want to complain / complain about a product? 
If you need to complain / complain about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product / products, please contact us as soon as you discover the error. Contact us at Hello@relode.se and include the following information:

  • A brief description of the case
  • Order number and name
  • The name of the product you want to complain about
  • Attach a photo of the product

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the damage is discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be a production defect and no wear damage. A hole in the middle of a garment, for example, is not a production defect but a wear and tear. 

If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a refund will be made instead. We always try to make creative solutions to ensure that our customers are as satisfied as possible.

Delivery time
If you place your order before 14.00, it will be sent the same day (applies to working days). All orders are sent by postnord and delivered within 1-3 weekdays in Sweden and 3-5 days outside Sweden. Exceptions can be made during or after major campaigns and in connection with public holidays. 

The checkout shows exactly which delivery methods and prices apply to your particular order. 

Postnord delivers directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will instead be delivered to the nearest postal agent and you will be notified via SMS or e-mail.

Shipping cost
For orders in Sweden under SEK 800, the shipping cost is SEK 49 and for orders over SEK 800, shipping is free.

For orders outside Sweden under 80 euros, the shipping cost is 6 Euro and for orders over 80 euros, shipping is free.

Uncollected packages from postal agents
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge for shipping and handling costs of currently 10 euros / 89 SEK per package.
