Delivery Policy

This delivery policy applies to purchases made via Relode AB’s website and supplements the company’s terms and conditions.

Order and delivery
Orders are processed as soon as possible after the order has been received.
Delivery times stated on the website or at checkout are estimates and not binding. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Relode’s control.

Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are correct.

Shipping cost
Applicable shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Delivery method
Delivery is carried out via the carrier and delivery method selected by the customer at checkout.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1 to 5 working days. During periods of high demand, such as campaigns or sales, delivery times may be longer.

Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, tracking information is provided via email.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Relode, it is considered an uncollected parcel. Relode reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping and handling in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions.
