All content on the Website, including designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and films, are the intellectual property rights of RELODE or its content providers and all trademarks and / or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise stated on the Website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and its contents may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as implicitly, improperly or unauthorizedly, granting any license or right to use material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party who may own the rights to the material displayed on the Website. The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including as to the suitability for a particular purpose and the operation or content of the Website. When you order something on the Internet, a purchase agreement applies after you have received an order confirmation by email from RELODE. Usually the confirmation is sent immediately, but it can take up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Our stock balance is updated continuously, around the clock. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart and proceeded to the checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes.

On the website, the colors of our photos can be experienced differently depending on, for example, your monitor settings. We can therefore not guarantee that the colors on the website exactly match the product colors in reality.


When you return one or more items under the offer "buy 3 pay for 2", the offer will end, and you pay the regular price for the items you keep. 

  • If you return one of the three items, you will not receive a refund. 
  • If you return two items, you will receive a refund for one item. 
  • If you return all goods, you will receive a refund on the two products you paid for.

Discount codes and other promotions only apply to new orders and can therefore not be applied retroactively. 


We always strive for your order to be sent as soon as possible. If you place your order before 15.00, your package will be sent from our warehouse the same day (only applies on weekdays). Keep in mind that the delivery time may be slightly longer during promotions and holidays.

We send directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large for the mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest postal service center and you will be notified via sms or e-mail.

When you arrive at the checkout, you will see exactly which prices, which delivery method and which shipping cost applies to your order. 

 Shipping cost

For orders in Sweden under 800 SEK, a shipping fee will be added, and for orders over 800 SEK, shipping is free. 

For orders outside Sweden, less than 80 Euros, a shipping fee will be added and for orders over 80 Euros, shipping is free. 

Uncollected package from your local postal service 

For uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fee of 89 SEK or 10 Euros.


Our goal is for you as a customer to always be satisfied with your purchase from us.

You always have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of the reason, and we therefore offer our customers a 30-day open purchase. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you received your package. When handling your return, a fee of SEK 69 will be charged in return fee in Sweden and 8 Euro in all countries outside Sweden. Resizing is free worldwide.

Remember that the product must be in original condition to receive a full refund. If the product does not meet the requirements, 70% of the product's price will be refunded.

Please note that RELODE only offers free size changes and not if you want to change to another color or model. When changing color or model, the case is instead handled as a return. As soon as we have received and processed your size change, we will send out your new order.

 Please note that there is no guarantee that your desired size is in stock, even if you have registered your size change in our portal.

Force majeure occurs when circumstances beyond our control prevent RELODE from fulfilling its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions. These circumstances can be, for example, war, natural disasters, revolution, strike, lockout, power outages or other similar events.


As mistakes unfortunately occur due to the human factor or for other reasons, we reserve the right to make any errors regarding product information and price. Should an error occur, we will try to rectify the error as soon as possible. Our goal is always for you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase!

In cases where we can not resolve a case, we recommend that you contact ARN (the General Complaints Board) for an independent review of the case.
