Our goal is to constantly develop our range with new products and colors. If you are missing a product in our range or have an exciting idea for a new product you want to launch? We like to include our customers in product development and therefore ask you to contact our customer service with your suggestions.
All content on the website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and films is property owned by RELODE or our suppliers and all brands and / or company names mentioned, displayed or in any way mentioned on the website are owned by each brand . The Website and its contents may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as implicitly, improperly or unauthorizedly, granting any license or right to use material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party who owns the rights to the material displayed on the Website. The website and its content are delivered in "existing condition" without guarantees. RELODE cancels all warranties for any reason as long as applicable laws approve it.

To shop at Relode.se, you must be 18 years old or have the approval of a guardian or guardian.
When you order something over the internet, the purchase agreement applies from the moment you receive a confirmation email from RELODE. In most cases, the confirmation will be sent immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if something went wrong and you want to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com.

STOCK & PRODUCTS
Our stock balance is constantly updated, around the clock. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes.
On the website, the colors in our images may differ due to, for example, your screen settings. We can therefore not guarantee that the colors on the website exactly match the colors in reality.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
If you return one or more items from the offer "buy 3 pay for 2", the offer will be canceled and you pay the regular price for the items you keep.
Discount codes and other promotions only apply to new orders and can therefore not be applied afterwards.
DELIVERY TIME AND COST
If you place your order before 14.00, it will be sent the same day (applies to working days). All orders are sent by postnord and delivered within 1-3 weekdays in Sweden and 3-5 days outside Sweden. Exceptions can be made during or after major campaigns and in connection with public holidays.
The checkout shows exactly which delivery methods and prices apply to your particular order.
Postnord delivers directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will instead be delivered to the nearest postal agent and you will be notified via SMS or e-mail.
For orders over 800 SEK, shipping is free. For orders under SEK 800, a shipping fee will be added, which is shown at checkout. When you are at the checkout, you see current prices and delivery methods for your particular order.
For orders, outside of Sweden, over 80 euros, shipping is free. For orders under 80 euros, a shipping fee will be added, which is shown at checkout. When you are at the checkout, you see current prices and delivery methods for your particular order.
For packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fee of 89 SEK or 10 euros.
RETURNS & SIZE CHANGE
Our goal is for you as a customer to always be satisfied with your purchases from us.
You always have the right to cancel a purchase, regardless of the reason, and we therefore offer our customers a 60-day open purchase. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item in question must be returned to us without delay and no later than 60 days after you received the package. When we handle your return, you will be charged a fee of 69 SEK in return fee in Sweden and 8 euros for all countries outside Sweden. Resizing is free worldwide.
Remember that the product must be in original condition * and that the product is sent back in original packaging or equivalent in order for you to receive a full refund. When registering your return, you can choose to receive a refund via gift card or through the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, you will not have to pay the return fee of SEK 69.
* Original condition is considered to be that the product:
If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 30% of the product price will be refunded. If the product is not returned to the clothing bag or lacks labels, no refund will be made.
Please note that RELODE only offers free size changes and not free color or model changes. As soon as we have received and handled your size change, we will send you a new order. Please note that we can not guarantee that we have your size in stock, even if you have registered the size change in our portal.

Force majeure arises when circumstances beyond our control stop RELODE from fulfilling the obligations in these general terms and conditions. These circumstances can be, for example, natural disasters, revolution, strike, power outage or other similar events.
MISTAKES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
As mistakes can unfortunately be made due to the human factor, we reserve the right to make mistakes regarding product information and prices. Should an error occur, we will rectify the error as soon as possible. Our goal is for you as a customer to always be happy with your purchase!
Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied. If you as a customer are not satisfied with your purchase, we always try to find a suitable solution for you. In cases where we can not solve a specific case, we recommend that you contact ARN (General Complaints Board) for an impartial review of the case.
