I have not received an email with my birthday present; why?

- If you turn one within 30 days from the date you registered your date of birth, there will unfortunately be a slight delay. Hold on, your long-awaited gift is on its way, but it can take up to 30 days. 

How long are my points valid?

- Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them. We will send you a reminder 30 days before your points expire.
