Free size change
Relode offers free size change if you are not happy with the size you ordered (eg if you want to change from S to M). Keep in mind that Relode does NOT offer free returns when you buy the same garment in several different sizes that you test at home and send back. 

Do you want to change the size?
Size changes are registered in our portal here: HERE

Once the case has been registered in our portal, our customer service will automatically send a consignment note to your e-mail which you are responsible for printing and putting on the package. The consignment note must be placed on the top of the package and can then be handed in to the nearest Postnord agent. 

As soon as we have received and handled your size change, your new order will be sent automatically. Please note that there is no guarantee that your desired size will remain in stock even if you have registered the size change in our portal. In cases where the product is not in stock, the case will instead be handled as a return. You will then not have to pay any return fee. 

Replacement products will be sent within 1-2 banking days after approved size change.

When the package arrives at our warehouse, the products will be checked that they are in original condition *. As soon as we have processed your return, you will be refunded for the products.

* Original condition is considered to be:

  • That the product has all the labels left
  • That the product has not been washed
  • The product must not smell of perfume or smoke, for example
  • The product must not be dirty or have stains from make-up and deodorant
  • The product must not be worn by animal hair as it may cause allergies

If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 70% of the product price will be refunded. 

We will refund the shipping fee if all goods are returned.

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

If you choose to send the package back at your own expense with, for example, self-purchased stamps, instead of using our shipping note, you as a customer are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse.

Repayment is made within 7 banking days after approved return.

Return cost
Returns in Sweden cost 69 SEK.

Returns outside Sweden cost 8 euros.

What if you want to return one or more products from the offer "buy 2 for 2"?
When you return one or more items from the offer "buy 3 pay for 2", the offer will end and you pay the regular price for the products you keep. If you return one of three items, you will not be refunded. If you return two of three items, you will receive money for one of them. If you return all products, you will be refunded for the two products you paid for. 

Do you want to complain / complain about a product? 
If you need to complain / complain about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product / products, please contact us as soon as you discover the error. Contact us at Hello@relode.se and include the following information:

  • A brief description of the case
  • Order number and name
  • The name of the product you want to complain about
  • Attach a photo of the product

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the damage is discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be a production defect and no wear damage. A hole in the middle of a garment, for example, is not a production defect but a wear and tear. 

If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a refund will be made instead. We always try to make creative solutions to ensure that our customers are as satisfied as possible.

Delivery time
If you place your order before 16.00, it will be sent the same day (applies to weekdays). All orders are sent with our local postal agent and delivered within 1-3 weekdays in Sweden and 3-5 days outside Sweden. Exceptions can be made during or after major campaigns or holidays.

We deliver directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will instead be delivered to the nearest postal agent and you will be notified via SMS or e-mail.

Shipping cost
For orders in Sweden under SEK 800, the shipping cost is SEK 49 and for orders over SEK 800, shipping is free.

For orders outside Sweden under 80 euros, the shipping cost is 6 Euro and for orders over 80 euros, shipping is free.

Uncollected packages from postal agents
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge for shipping and handling costs of currently 10 euros / 89 SEK per package.
